*Full time students will have to fax (+39 06 5194009) a proof of their status (student card or similar).
**Young Crew registration fee includes the participation to the Young Crew Workshop, to the Congress and to the Gala Dinner. Registrants must be maximum 35 years old and send by fax a copy of an identification document.


According to the Sponsor Category, companies will have a number of free registration to attend the meeting, as indicated in the "Table of benefits in return for sponsorship" which you will find at page Call for Sponsor. Free companies' registrants should register for the congress selecting the appropriate category which will be available in the Registration Form.


By clicking Register Now you will enter the on-line registration form to attend the 22nd IPMA World Congress. By fulfilling the registration form you will be able to register for the congress, to register an accompanying person(s), to book events and hotel accommodation.

Acceptance and Procedures for Reimbursement
By law, Italian VAT must be charged on Congress Registration Fees, but it can be refunded to businesses or individual business persons, according to the following procedures and countries of residence:

Definitions and Categories
1. Companies: Legal bodies which pay registration fees on behalf of their representative(s).
2. Business Individuals: Professionals with VAT number (or equivalent).
3. Business Individuals: Professionals without VAT number (or equivalent).

Countries of Residence

A  Italy
     VAT is recouped within the month the invoice is issued for both categories 1 and 2 above.

B  Residents in EU member states including Norway and Switzerland
    Those belonging to the above categories 1 and 2, will be reimbursed by bank transfer within a few months     
     of submitting their request.
 
Non EU Residents
The first 50 (fifty) non EU residents registering for the congress, will receive a 20% discount equivalent to the
VAT payed on the registration fee, not cumulative with the Project Management Euro discount.

Assistance will be provided during Congress hours at a special desk in the Congress area.
The form to be filled out by EU residents to claim the VAT refund, will be available at this desk.

CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT		CONDITIONS OF CHANGES & CANCELLATION
1 - On line registration only. 2 - Registration fee must be paid by credit card or by bank transfer. 3 - All payment must be done in Euro. 4 - All banking charges must be paid by the payer. 5 - Registration accepted only on 100% payment. 6 - Checks are not accepted. 7 - Title of bank transfer must include partecipant’s name. 8 - Only after receiving the payment, Congress Agency will issue and send the invoice to the payer. 9 - on-site registration can be paid cash or by credit card.		1 - Paid amount, minus € 40,00 for handling charges, will be returned only if cancellation is made before May 31, 2008. 2 - In case of cancellation between May 31, 2008 and September 15, 2008 paid amount will be returned minus 50%. 3 - No refund will be made for cancellation after September 15, 2008. 4 - In all cases, money shall be returned no later than 4 weeks after the end of Congress. 5 - All notifications of cancellation must be in writing. 6 - Name changes will be allowed free of charge until October 31th, 2008. After that date, changes will be subject to a fee of € 30,00 for handling charges
