The final program of the 2008 Young Crew Workshop is now available, focused on some tools and methods for improving the efficacy of the management of projects.
The Workshop, chaired by Prof. Antonio Calabrese (Politecnico di Milano), is focused on some tools and methods for improving the efficacy of the management of projects. In particular, the training sessions will be on human skills, risk management and project control, thanks to the contribution of well experienced speakers. Such skills and attitudes are part of the key competencies that a young professional needs for being successful and having a quicker career growth as project manager.
For the 2008 edition a single fee includes the participation in the Young Crew Workshop and IPMA World Congress, giving access to all dinners and social events. The aim is to promote the Congress among young project with more experienced project managers.
